Unless you are planning to actually visit it, like go inside and do some activity, there is no point in visiting. From the outside it's just an unremarkable building. You might stop by if you are in the area, but there is no point in going out of your way just to have a look at it. Btw, on the... More

We got to the museum at just after 10am and saw they offered free tours weekdays starting at 10am. We hurried to find the English speaking tour and joined in. The guides are volunteers and not only explained the key exhibits but also context and stories related to the history we were looking at. Our guide Eunice was a real... More

I loved my little side trip to this planetarium. The view from the high deck is good. To a few panoramic shots. The displays are nice. This is no Kennedy Space Center but you knew it wasn't going to be all that. Still, the AC is chugging away in there and it's all good. I was struck by the slant... More

I have no complaints at all, when the entrance is free and you can have fun while having a knowledge with your kids. The show really interesting and my kid could ride a capsule space for free after the show. All was great

Expected a lot from this place. Dissapointed due to a lot of exhibits was closed due to maintenance or repair. The rest are not much interactive and you didnt stay long to go through one by one. The movie show was interesting mainly due to the way they projected the movie on to the cube dome but I think its... More

We spent 3 hrs there including the space theatre show (there are 3 movies). Kids don't want to leave, they can't get enough to play around with the Anti Gravity Room and the observation platform at level 1. Another highlight will be the space pod but we didn't try that this time. Free entrance to the gallery, only small fees... More

an interesting place for person who like discovering astronomy with planetarium and small gallery, musium of astronomy. the planetarium is quite big but the dome is quite bright and i think it isnt really good, quite disapointed about that. from 10-12 am, they open for the guess to see the sun through celestron telescope, it is fun and i really... The planetarium was very educational and functional. It doesn't just show the basics of astronomy and the early tools used by scientists to discover the skies, it also tells about the history of Malaysia putting itself and an astronaut in space, as a sign of progress. Kids can also feel an anti-gravity room. Those are by the way seen for... More

Very much aimed at children. The movie was about 20 minutes long and quite boring for adults. For £4 you could see the latest Hollywood movie at a local cinema instead. I would recommend skipping the movie and just making the most of the free entry to the rest of the museum and the air con.

We got there and the timed events and time between our visit did not fit in as the time of event had either passed or too long to wait. so we did not see everything. Bits we saw were in a foreign language and did not interest me much. Steep climb to the entrance. Might be a few interesting bits... More
