I thought that this was the most unique site we visited in KL. I would not say the city had overwhelming things to see. The towers are nice but every city seems to need a sky scraper now. This is the one exception. very nice collection is in a beautiful building. Restaurant is a good safe place to have lunch... More

The place is filled with many beautiful things, the pottery, jewellery and textiles were amazing. The building itself even has beautiful features like the ceiling domes. I learnt a lot here and it was really interesting, even as someone that is not a Muslim.

Lots of exhibits of Quran calligraphy, pottery, jewellery, costumes etc and some very well preserved pieces. Some beautiful domes in different sections of the museum so overall very good photo opportunities. We were a little peckish during our visit but unfortunately the cafe was... More

Not great but its a good past time. You'll find a lot of printouts and little models of architects. I certainly wasn't overly impressed by the experience but its worth a look around especially if you've come to visit the kl mosque.

If you are into history especially Islamic history and art, this is one place not to miss!! Many galleries and would require 2- 3 hours to go around. Worth the visit and kids learnt many new things.

It's a pretty cool museum with some interesting artificers. Split over 2 levels it's got great collections from predominantly Asia and the Middle East. Entry is reasonably priced so worth a visit

The architecture gallery shows a lot of information about the main mosques around the world, with pictures and models that really give you an idea of how they look like. Very nice!
