Must visit to experience the hustle and bustle, along with great street side food. Plenty of shopping, but need to be wary of fake branded goods. Must bargain. Usually can get 30% discount at least by asking and insisting. Watch the pick pockets.

Both in day time and at night, there are many shops that you can buy many things at low prices. You should bargain at everything you are buying, When you think that you are buying cheap, a few shops later you can find the same good cheaper. Petaling Street is an interesting place to visit, both in day time and... More

Chinatown places in other cities are more interesting to visit. Visit this to purchase fake goods. Food is interesting. There is a Soy Bean curd stall right in the center. but after browsing through the shops, you realise they begin to look the same. Touch and go!

I did not go to this jalan to shop, but to find and eat delicious, cheap, authentic dim sum. Just looked around, but did not purchase anything! Prices of hawker foods seemed to be cheaper here than those of Bukit Bintang where there are more tourists!

Petaling Street or China town is famous for cheap handbags, luggage, street food, clothings, souvenirs and others. It gets rather crowded on weekends and evenings. So if you are looking for a bargain, go in the morning or mid afternoon when the crowd is less. Don't forget to bargain.

Products are extremely expensive, though it is marketed as a place with low priced goods. You can find the same items at a lower price in Berjaya Times Square or any other shopping mall with good atmosphere. Prices must be low, as the tourists flood in due to reviews and marketing done online for this place. Also, it is too... More

Jalan Petaling, also known as Petaling Street, also known as Chinatown. However, it is no longer like before. Previously, the street is selling all sorts of things, including street food and refreshments in push carts. the push carts may have improved, but the feeling is no longer like before, as in Chinatown. Now majority, if not all the stalls are... More

I love this place, I enjoying winning, so the heckling is a laugh the store owners are friendly, always ready to make a little extra money from you, nothing's that expensive that you can't be reasonable with them, it's not somewhere to go and be serious, it's a laugh.
