In the KL city gallery, you will be able to see the history of Kuala Lumpur City. The Kuala Lumpur in the past , present and future development. I like the Kuala Lumpur City Model and showcase, my kid learn a lot from this. The souvenirs are very nice and attractive and the cafe's food is special. Don't forget to... More

The city gallery (actually museum) is really worth visiting! Located on Merdeka Square, which you need too see as well, it's a good option not just when it's rainy day. The exhibitions give you very good insight into city history and you can get literally all the information about important moments of the KL, interesting places and legends, see old... More

Be sure to spring the 5 MYR to enter the museum and model of the city of KL. The I love KL is impressive, but the model of KL as it is now, and soon will be, is worth the price of admission. The ticket is also a coupon, to be used in the souvenir shop/snack bar, so you could... More

I don't know why this is so hyped. I cannot find anything special about this place. However the surrounding buildings are nice.

Interesting insight in to the history of KL and its evolution. The plans for the city to 2020, alongside model of what the city may look like was great to see. Batik exhibition was good too and there is the I love KL statue outside - join the queue for your photo opp!

There are several museums around Merdeka Square. The one I would recommend is Kuala Lumpur City Gallery. It costs RM 5 for entry but you get RM 5 coupon to spend in the cafe or gift shop. So it is actually free. It is a small place but the small exhibition tells you the brief history of KL. There is... More

This place is responsible for me falling in love with Kuala Lumpur. During my visit, the weather was perfect, the I<3KL sign contrasted with the buildings behind. Music played on speakers, and you could sit down with a cool drink, and take the day. Loving it!

December 2016 is my second time in KL, but first time visiting KL City Gallery. Entry ticket was RM5 but it could be a voucher to buy coffee or get souvenir discount inside. I arrived there about 10.20 am and the staff told me that I could join Guided Tours at 10.30am, so a woman guided me and explain everything... More
