    Exploring new oceans
This place is just a joy! Specially if you have young children who’s in age of learning about sea creatures and ocean and sea life! The variety of animals and their regions is just extraordinary! You will be amazed how small place can have such beautiful things.

Good to spend an hour on
Visited Aquaria for about 45 mins? Not a wow place but still quite interesting with some insects and reptiles. My 6 year old love the geckos and spent the longest time there. Variety of fishes are very limited, however they have lots of good information on walls and on display. Nice to spend some time here.

    Great fishy experience!
We loved our time here, compared to other aquariums we have been to in the UK this is is huge! There are many many species of fish on view and lots of information on display. There was a pool in which you could handle some creatures and there were lots of children enjoying that. The highlight for us was the underwater tunnel, it was so long you had to use a walkalator to travel through it! We saw so many fish, sharks, rays and the most magnificent turtle! The staff we encountered were friendly and looked like they were enjoying their jobs! We spent a couple of hours here and so glad we did. Would very much recommend!

Children travel and learn at the same time 😉
One of the most enjoyable tourist destinations, especially for tourists with children. This is a tourist spot as well as an educational place for children. Children are very happy and excited to explore every corner of the aquarium! Definitely a very impressive vacation spot. Highly recommended 👍🏻

    Small
We visited during CNY and it was extremely busy. It was challenging to see some of the tanks and difficult to navigate with a pram. The staff were friendly and directed us towards the elevators. The tunnel at the end was nice with some lovely sting rays. One side of the tunnel is for prams and the other is a very slow-moving travelator. The downside is the price was not justified. We have visited many aquariums so this one was underwhelmingly small.

    Not for me
A divided visit. Some aspects I thought were well done , the under water walk through was very good (although I did feel it was over populated) For me as an animal lover I found a good percentage of the “living quarters” not of an adequate size. A tarantula in a small glass display case, the meerkats inadequate space and not very interesting, Chinese type dragons in very small enclosure as were the sea horses. I find this very sad to see and wishing I hadn’t gone. Plenty of space for the business to sell photographs and merchandise Though! Aquaria you could do better .

    Nice exhibits
Enjoyed the experience as I was able to visit the various exhibits at the aquarium. Only thing that wasn’t that good was that there was certain areas that was warm despite having the portable AC. Would recommend going on a weekday morning during non public holiday/ school holiday period to avoid the crowd.

    Ordinary aquarium
I visited this aquarium for the first time. It was Sunday morning and pretty much crowded with mostly young families and kids. The place is not huge and some areas are under renovation. Honestly, it is bit too pricy considering what they exhibit. The species they have are mostly common one and not that impressive.

Disappointing experience. The exhibits look tired and poorly maintained with little care for the animals' wellbeing. The Meerkats are in a small enclosure with no foliage and under bright LED lighting, they were running constantly and look stressed. There were a few dead and sick looking fish in the tanks also. I suggest not going if you care for animal welfare.

Very unimpressive. Overcrowded and hot. Fish looked depressed and tanks looked a bit tired and dirty. A whole section was closed for refurbishment which didn’t help the overall experience.

A very enjoyable experience. There is a large variety of fish and other animals. The glass tunnel is very impressive and is something to experience.

Not far from the Petronas Twin Towers, Sea tourism is really fun for children and even parents are sometimes amazed 😁 On holidays here it is crowded with visitors because the visitor area is not very large.

Good selection of fish species which would keep kids entertained. The tunnel is also good. Some thought provoking information on the effect of pollution on the oceans. This is somewhat spoilt by the amount of plastic tat sold in the gift shop - double standards? Also don’t like the small enclosures for the meerkats and otters.
