My friend and I really enjoyed this private tour with Joyzride in Penang. From our initial contact via their website, they were most responsive and helpful. Our guide and driver, Benson, was very pleasant and did a wonderful job in showing us so much in the 5 hours we had as a shore excursion. He was very organized and kept in touch with us even before we left the ship. He sent photos of himself, his vehicle and of where he was waiting to meet us so we wouldn’t waste time trying to find him. Benson’s English was very good and he provided so much information on the history and culture of Penang as he showed us the places that we had wanted to visit. He worked out the best itinerary for what we wanted to see and was patient with us as we took our photos. From our experience, we would certainly recommend this company.

The entire team was amazing and accommodating. Shanen was quick to answer all my questions and concerns. Anna and Jake were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Joyzride to anyone that wants to travel around Malaysia in a comfortable and secure manner.

The driver was on time, and helpful. They replied to my message right after i asked them through their site. And they replied it pleasantly. Talking about the car, it’s clean and comfortable. Good service!
