KLSC is best place to lose some inches without spending a single buck on it.You just find jogging track around the Bukit jalil stadium and you can find some 30 to 50 members on that track when you visit there in the mornings or evenings which will encourage you to walk/jog.You can find kids slide area,an open gym, skate area, lots of free space for your zumba/yoga/dance etc.Enjoy.Take care.

Completed in 1998 in time for the Commonwealth Games, the Bukit Jalil Stadium is the heart of the National Sports Complex. Officially the stadium can seat 87,411 people, the largest capacity in South-East Asia. Currently slated for a two-phase major redevelopment this will set it onto the Asian sporting map in the coming years.

Bukit Jalil National Stadium is the main stadium of Malaysia and also currently the largest in Southeast Asia. It was built in year 1995 and completed in 1998 to host the Commonwealth Games of the same year. Since then, it has became the main venue of various other sports, national and event music events. This stadium is considered as 1 of Malaysia's major icons along with Petronas Twin Towers, Sepang F1 Circuit and KLIA.
