One of the easiest and safest way to travel to and from KLIA 1, this train serves from the main terminal to the heart of the city in KL Sentral. Tickets can be booked in advance from online platforms or on site ticketing counters. Ride is super smooth and hassle-free with spacious and comfortable seats and great window sights. Highly recommended.

If you are staying in KL City Centre (near the Pavilion Shopping Centre) that's the fastest and cheapest service (as you do not need to go to Sentral). Make sure you have money with you if you need to take a MRT train before or after as you can only pay contactless at KLIA station but not at MRT stations

KLIA transit is my normal transfer whenever I fly now.

Fast speed rail between both KLIA1 & 2 & City (Sentral station). Its convenient and you can take luggage. One of the best things are you do not rely on the traffic in a taxi or bus & the airport is quite a long way from the city Sentral. I used to take a taxi but now use this as its more reliable.

A high speed railway connectivity between KL Airport (both KLIA1, KLIA2) and KL City - KL Sentral station. Unlike KL Express, the KL Transit has few intermediate stoppages like Putrajaya. It is a very convenient and hassle-free mode of transportation with you luggage and also minimizes the travel time and independent of traffic while travelling between KL city and KL airport.
The trains are very comfortable and the railway personnel are very helpful. One may use the KLIA Transit to transfer between KLIA1 and KLIA2 terminals.

KLIA transit is my regular transfer whenever I fly as the train stops at Putrajaya where I live. Last month when I returned from my overseas trip, as usual took the KLIA transit. While waiting for the train at KLIA2 transit station, I put down my backpack to put in my scarf. When the train arrives, happily took my luggage and boarded the train. I only realised my backpack was not with me just before reaching Salak Tinggi, so decided to alight at Salak Tinggi to board the train back to KLIA2 but too bad could not catch it on time. Need to wait for 30 minutes. While waiting, made a few phone calls and finally got the personnel at KLIA2 transit and asked if there is a CCTV footage at the station as I have left my backpack there. The personnel asked a few personal questions and later informed me that the backpack was with them. What a relief. The personnel was very kind to ask me to stay at Salak Tinggi station and they will arrange someone to bring over on the next available train. I did get back my backpack from Salak Tinggi station and found out that a cleaner found the backpack. Very thankful and grateful to the kind and honest cleaner. Kudos to KLIA Transit for having honest and reliable personnel. Much thanks. Hope my little token of appreciation did reach the cleaner.

I was travelling back from Bali changing flights at KLIA. Having broken my leg a few days earlier I was in agony on a wheelchair. The staff that escorted me to the Samsung Lounge and Starbucks on Level 1 scoped his task to escorting me to the Lounge and picking me up. My comfort, seating, do I need anything were not on his radar. The feeling I got was impersonal, do your job, deposit the passenger and collect them. No expectations of any free services, some engagement would've been very welcome.

Using KLIA Express is the fastest way, not the cheapest way though, between KL Sentral and KLIA or KLIA2. The difference between KLIA Express and KLIA Transit, KLIA Transit stop at three stations along the same route, so it will be a little bit longer trip. However, both are really comfortable, and relieve passengers from any traffic jams that could be encountered during rush hours. Possible to use these KLIA trains to transit between KLIA and KLIA2 with ticket MYR 2, while if you want free ride, use Bus transfer between these two terminals.
