The observatory deck is on the 58th floor. If you want to see the building for free , go to the 16th floor there is a free deck with very good views as well.

…but loads inside that a worth seeing and checking out: a lovely hotel and observation deck as well as being over a main transport intersection and department store. It would be even better if it wasn’t just a big block though…

We were very impressed by this observation deck, one of the best in Osaka. The main level offers amazing views of the Osaka area. The huge space is sleek and modern. There is a restaurant level below, which also offers great views. It is a bit pricey at 1500 yen per adult when we visited, but worth the money if you spend enough time soaking up the views. The viewing area is entirely indoors.

The observatory consisted of 3 floors. There was an open air space on the 58 floor where we had our dinner.

We booked a pork shabu dinner that came with 2 hours of free flow drinks. And we were seated in a kotatsu - a table covered with a blanket and with heating underneath. Food was alright, but was an interesting experience to eat open air at about 300m.

Our reservation was at 430pm, so that we could get to see the night as well.

After doing our shopping in Abeno Q's Mall, we came by here as it's nearby (and also near to the JR Tennoji train station and right above the Abenobashi Station). It's the tallest building in the country and from here, you can enjoy a great paranoiac "bird eye's view of the city. It's simply awesome and gorgeous!

The greenery at the rooftop garden was nice too, so relaxing and peaceful though it was very cold during our visit there but it's worth the visit!

It is free up to 16th floor. The elevator is very spacious. The outside garden on the 16th floor is not as what I expected. However, the view is worth it.

Abeno Harukas 300 is the tallest building in Japan above Kintetsu Abenobashi Station. With 62 floors that offer a variety of places. Osaka Mariyot Hotel, Kintetsu Main Store at main building and wings building which is become Japan's largest department store. Abeno Harukas Art Museum and Rooftop Garden on 16th floors.

The most popular spot is the Harukas 300 Observatory deck. Its occupied floors 58th - 60th. We need to take elevators to the 16th floors. The elevator will take from 16th floor to 60 th floors in 45 second. Ticket fee is 1500 yen bit expensive. Extra ticket ¥ 500 for open air heliport at the top of the building.

Best time view after sunset or in the night where we can see the lights of Osaka city. Kansai Airport Airport can be seen from here. I prefer to enjoy the view through the rooftop garden, feel more calmer, cool with plants, open air and free to enter.
