Fresh seafood in all forms, fruits, knives, Takoyaki pans and chopsticks among other foods and things. This is a proper market that I loved walking around in! I recommend coming here hungry, as there's so much delicious foods to try!

If you are seafood lover like me, you must go to Kuromon Market. There are having many different live seafood species that you can order and eat at the spot. It is very delicious that you might not taste it before...!!

If you love street food, this is the place. The freshest sashimi, grilled steak and fruit. There are a few sit down places, but take it with you as you stroll to the next stall to find another eat.

We took red eye flight to Osaka and went right to Kuromon Market for seafood breakfast. Had various types of sashimi and grilled seafood. Quality was good and fruits were also fresh. Worth going.

We walked thru it on our way to Nissonbashi and if you're into fish it's a great place. You also get to see Osaka fish stalls doing their thing. A nice insight.

Not as busy a Dotonbori, which was right up oir alley. Great mix of food stalls and small quirky shops for souviner hunting. Doesnt really kick off though until after 11am, so dont bother going earlier if you arent able to go back later on.

Good place where you can enjoy fresh and nice sashimi, seafood in reasonable price. You can also have Kobe beef in much cheaper price here.

Visited Kuromon Market in Osaka when we were there in June 2017. It is a place where you will get to see more tourist than the locals. However, in my opinion you can still visit it. There are plenty of stalls selling food ranging from...More

Be sure to visit this small market on noon or before it to find the biggest choice of food. Be brave and try sea food - this is the purpose of visiting Kuromon Market.

Fish, fun and feasting... Osakans are spoilt for choice when it comes to good food, and the Kuromon market combines that with tradition and a dash of theatricality. Under cover for the most part, rows of fish, and fruit and vegetable stalls, offer a dazzling...More

To be specific the nearest subway is Nipponbashi, an interchange station. The Kuromon Market is situated next to it. If you are in Namba area, just walk over. This is a covered market, so you are safe in a rainy day, except... More

I suggest you to visit as early as possible (around 8am) and before 12pm. Later will be crowded, no soups and the seafood offer (especially oysters) won't be so fresh
