It's a relatively small covered market with food and commercial stalls. We walked around and found it a bit too touristy to eat. We instead walked towards the covered mall which is closer to the station for better deals and food.

I used to get up at 8 am and the market was already open. And I got back by 10 pm and was closing

I visited early in the morning 9ish., full of atmosphere even then. I would imagine in the evening would hold special surprises and memories.
