The locals seem to love it on Sundays. Baseball is always happening and once a year they open the castle grounds if your lucky.

You have to walk through the park when visiting the Osaka Castle. It’s a must. Very beautiful and not too crowded. It is quite and serene. Take the extra time and enjoy it.

Need a bit of walking but if you can also look out for those mini van that can send you to and from the castle, saves you time from walking. Walking around is free but if you want to go inside the castle you need...More

A lovely castle perched up on the hill top. Beautiful views and worth visiting. Like most tourist attractions in Japan it's worth going early to avoid the crowds.

A lot of Pokemon be found here. After enjoy take photo in and outside the castle. Let start to catch the Pokemon. many pokemon never seen before. Excite play with VR mode to get castle and park view.

Anytime from April through to June as far as the weather goes. Timing wise, early in the morning is less crowded so I would aim to get there around opening time to mid-day.
