You can not believe just behind the super bullet train track, there is a calm and woodsy hill which you climb in half an hour. You'are instantly in the mountain, listening to waterfall and singing birds. Fellow climbers greets you on passing. It's an easy...More

Hard to resist a short walk up a fairly steep hill after a great shinkansen ride. And right behind the station, too! Take it easy, enjoy the walk, and you come to Nunobiki Falls which is beautiful. And a challenge to photographers because of its...More

This waterfall is literally behind Shin-Kobe Station. If you want to get a nice nature hike while walking around Kobe I recommend checking this out.

This is pretty waterfall (albeit small) and a really nice walk. You can walk down from the Nunobiki Herb garden (after riding the ropeway up), or it's a short walk up hill from the Shinkobe station. If you are doing the Herb garden walking down...More

A short (400m) walk from the shin Kobe station you'll find the falls at the top of a flight of (about 200) steps. Unless you went looking you'd never know it was there. It's not Angel or niagra falls by any measure but it's still...More

The waterfall is part of the route when you descend from the herb garden. It's a short waterfall. It's good but nothing too stunning. Unless you are coming down from herb garden, there's no reason for you to make your way just to see this.

The Falls are lovely when viewed from the cable car, equally so when viewed close up on the walk back down. Incredible to think that sights like this are s close to the city centre.

The waterfall is pretty small, if you like to walk in nature then it will be good to go, if you don't like to walk you can see the waterfall by the ropeway that goes to Herb Gardens.

The attractive but unremarkable waterfalls are a short walk up from the Shin-Kobe station; 5 minutes to the lower falls and at most 15 to the larger upper falls up a long flight of stairs and good path through a very humid forest. In summer...More

Great waterfall experience minutes away from the city. It will require the climbing of some steep stairs so may not be suitable for the elderly. Clean crisp waterfall with fantastic plantation all along the clean pathway to the falls.

There are very limited parking spaces that I saw near the park. And by near I mean you still have to walk quite a distance.
