Nice ocean side excursion if you do not have anything to do. Overall, there is not too much activity to do here, plan for an hour is plenty.

A place to visit for the stunning day and night view. A walk from the Meriken Park to Harborland is awesome. Beautiful scenery along the walk. Many shopping and dining nearby.

We were blown away by the views both in the day and night. Heaps of different food options and endless areas to shop you can’t go to Kobe without seeing this area.

Kobe is just amazing. This was my third time here and it just remains a personal favourite. Harbour land is stunning - gorgeous scenery and architecture, day and night - and a lovely memorial to the earthquake that ravaged Kobe in the 90s. Well worth...More

MK Taxi has a door-to-door shuttle service to/from KIX. it's 2300 yen - well worth the money. I use this service all the time and they're great! Check this link - Google MK Taxi Skygateshuttle Osaka.
