We took a cable car ride from Arima and landed in Mt Rokko. It was lovely and had lovely views interesting shops and many little restaurants. Very pleasant ride and place to potter.

Get away from town life and go up to the top of mountain. Enjoy the view of Kobe City. Night view with lights are pretty.

It depends on the weather if you want to go to Rokko Mountain. Sometimes, it's very foggy. If you have only 6 hours to see Kobe, I recommend to ride city loop sightseeing bus. You will see main sightseeing spots. Buy a day... More
