We took a cable car ride from Arima and landed in Mt Rokko. It was lovely and had lovely views interesting shops and many little restaurants. Very pleasant ride and place to potter.

Get away from town life and go up to the top of mountain. Enjoy the view of Kobe City. Night view with lights are pretty.

The transport caters to visitors that go up to see the splendid nightview. Not to worry about it closing early. If you are worried just leave around 7-8pm.
