The 38 floor view from the JR Tower is the best in Sapporo, Sapporo was a planned city, it has a grid system a bit like New York City. It also has a useful subway. You get a great view over the city and the...More

Fantastic view especially night time, reasonable entry fee comparing with other top places. Worth to visit and definitely will go back.

It should be per entry. I didn't enter Sapporo TV Tower, hence I can't compare. But, I can safely say that for convenience sake, I would definitely choose JR Tower because you can shop & dine at Stella Place.
