Great view of the Sapporo Snow Festival at Odori Park at sunset and at night. The Festival is illuminated. You can also view Sapporo when you go around the Tower.

Feels like floating when u r up there. View was fantastic, good experience. Snow festival season u could see the fantastic lights. I thought the tower would have been a bit more new. I like the tax free souvenir gift shops. Bought many stuff

Great place to see the city. Not a long wait and fairly priced at $6 a person. We went at night for a great view of the snow festival at odori park.

Great view of Sapporo from the top floor observation deck. We went during the Snow Festival, so the vista was particularly enchanting. Suggest you buy your ticket at a tourist information center (there are several in town and you'll save more than $1 per ticket)....More

Nothing special but made for a nice photo in the night time when all lit up! We saw it in the day and weren’t fussed, but in the night it made a great background for a photo.
