So it is easier to get from one place to another. Walking or biking. And with the public bike it is really easy. Pick it up here and leave it there. Compared to Suzhou where you have to go through the city which isn't that nice. As the metro is still under construction so the city is more polluted. Suzhou will be more, garden, temple and 2 old street. For a day trip in Hangzhou : - go around the lake by bike - stop at some garden and nice spot - picnic in a park - street food for dinner
