Biggest advantage to visit during winter is that the park is empty. So you can enjoy a quiet walk listening to the birds. It's a very big park area with the flowers garden there. Views on lakes are pretty nice.

This was a very pretty and well kept park with a lake and waterfall ares as well as lovely walks and recreational ground. Refreshments were available from street food stalls near the entrance of the park.
