Quite a plain pagoda but still photogenic & location on Gelling Ridge is beautiful being well forested & panoramic views back over the lake

It was not very difficult to access to Baoshi Mountain where the pagoda located. On the top you could have nice view over West Lake, particularly Bai Causeway. Many photo takers walked uphill early in order to snapshoot the sunrise scenery from the pagoda.

Not much to see. The climb up was not too bad. The view of the lake is nice. If you are around the west lake, you might as well go see it.

Its a nice hike up. Not too difficult and doable with elementary grade children. It is a wooded area so there is a nice quite forest around you. Very good to leave the crowds behind.
