Our drive-guide drove us back to downtown by a secondary road through several small villages, river... More

We used taxi service which is relatively inexpensive and gets you to location without crowds and unknown language. A peaceful look at China's southern hospitality with beautiful scenery. Prepare your cameras for many scenes worth remembering.

Along with enjoying the incredible scenery ,as we sailed along the Li river we also had a chance to get a glimpse of what life was like living along the banks. WE saw people washing clothes in the river , swimming and walking their water buffalo back to their farms.

Guilin is famous partly because of the Li River, and I've heard about its unparalleled natural beauty for many years. Fantastic view and scenery! Te boats are really slow so some times it feels that you are just seeing the same things all over, but to be honest it is good that the boats are slow so you can really appreciate the view.
