The roads and highways are the best I have seen. China absolutely puts to shame countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia. But having said that, its extremely difficult for a tourist to navigate and get to places.
They dont speak English at all and the food choices are very limited. But what I found most frustrating is the unavailability of their local map apps and taxi/ride sharing in English. Since google map is blocked and uber isnt available this situation makes it incredibly difficult as a tourist and you are left without any choice other than taking a taxi.
Lastly, having gmail blocked in China was extremely annoying, I just dont understand why the chinese government also has to block email services. And opening a wechat account was extremely painful too.

Situated in the centre of the Tianhe District and boasting mostly a selection of clothing, cafes & food. Also boasts the Apple Store in Guangzhou, and Porsche & Tesla show rooms. Stylish venue, not as crowded with other malls, all quality dining & targeting the mid age fashionista. Is a great place for regular hangout.

Parc Central is a modern shopping mall in the heart of Guangzhou. It was very close to my hotel less than 200 meter. The design of the mall modern and it connect with subway .

It is a very modern mall, with both luxurious and more affordable brands. You can find clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, cosmetics, opticians and more more stores as well as an every-growing a number of food outlets. This mall doesn't get as crowded as the other two on either side of it and so makes for a bit more relaxing space though perhaps not on a Saturday..All in all, it is a nice place to walk around, both inside and outside, around the 'grounds', particularly in the evening. I like the fact that one can also walk to Fashion Plaza underground mall directly from PC via an underpass. The only things that bother me is the fact that you have to spend quite a lot of money in order to get free parking(it is extremely expensive!), the nursing rooms (which are nice and cleaned regularly)have speakers in them and music plays very loud(doesn't the management realise that babies often fall asleep while feeding? Most mums (?) don't want to have music blasting right above their heads when they're feeding) and finally, no matter how many times I've been there, I still get lost and have no idea how to get from one shop I want to visit to another if they're in different parts of the mall-incredibly confusing layout. As a side note-why didn't they use the roof space for al fresco dining/bars?GZ really needs venues that offer tables outside and those massive rooftops would be perfect!

This is a shopping center that combines Chinese and American brands. There are many famous brands and many kinds of food. The consumption is medium and high-end.I saw this attraction above the small WeChat program Canton Laowai

Part central is a great find in GZ. There is great shopping-combo of American Brands and Chinese Brands. Favorites are Zara, LuLu Lemon, Jins. Also, if you are looking to eat there are so many great places to go from steak houses, Chinese, Hong Kong, Starbucks, etc. Grandma,s Home and Jade Garden are the best. Don’t miss them

I took line 1 to the Tianhe Sport stadium stop. It is not easy to navigate around the various malls when one is underground. I was happy to see Zara Home at Parc Central. After that I needed to exit to the street level in order to find my way to Grandview Mall where there is a Gloria store. Unfortunately this is not a sale period. I have yet to find my favourite "Eland" and "teenie Weenie" stores in Guangzhou.

This is a great mall to spend your time, there is a combination of nice green landscaped outdoors with lots of cafes where you can spend time reading and sipping a cup of coffee, inside the mall there 2 main parts where you can walk around, window shop and spend a great time choosing between loads of restaurants with Italian / American / Continental cuisines. There is a PIZZA EXPRESS outlet called PIZZA MARZANO which is really awesome. For car lovers, there is a huge TESLA showroom, PORSHE showroom where you can take a glimpse of the latest models, crowded on the weekends and less on weekdays. Well connected by the BRT /TUBE / and of course the Taxis. You can spend a whole day

This upscale mall is a highlight in Guangzhou. At the heart of modern Tianhe District, Parc Central is full of international brands and top-notch restaurants (still cheap in Western standard). The spacious garden at the centre of the complex is pleasant.
