You will enjoy the weather, but that's all. Do not raise your expectation. I did not see a nice restaurant or cafe to sit, you can stay in your car, ride around but that is all. Locals are also enjoying ATV ride, I found this dangerous for my kids.

The drive to Shafa Mountains was very easy and scenic. It took about 30 minutes and pretty much most of the way we enjoyed the journey. The weather is also totally different (a lot cooler) and their are a wide range of things you can do. Picnics, restaurants, sightseeing etc. Overall, it is a great place whether you go with friends or your spouse.

if you are looking to run away form heat, this is the place, and would be nice with a group of friends only, other than that, it is a deserted mountain and nothing so special about it.

Nice drive up al Shafa mountain, saw several families having picnics at scenic turns with their home bought food and relaxing on outdoor carptes, no availability of proper tea places but the road side fruit stalls that are also selling tea and roasted corn on the cob is part of the authentic charm, saw an ice cream mobile truck.we had a nice pleasant weather and clear views of the surrounding hill sides on a late oct afternoon.saw mostly locals there and v few tourists from outside, safe and relaxing. Took the car up the jabal dakka and was rewarded with nicer views . Fruit in Taif is the sweetest and best. Saw many cleaners picking up garbage at the foot of shafa in the parks but the top of jabal dakka requires regular garbage pick up.nice drive and picnic spot with more variety in terrain then al Hada mountain.

This review is through Western expat eyes. The drive from Taif to the Ramada hotel is easy. However, then it is unclear where you need to go for the cable car (its named telefric). One guy showed us the parking lot, which is a big word for a area of stones and rubble. The cable car started at 13:30, so a long wait from an 11:45 arrival. There is literally nothing to do in the public space while waiting. After prayer we could get (nice) drinks at the restaurant of the Ramada, which did not seem to function as a restaurant, only cold drinks.
The ride was 84 SAR pp roundtrip, it is a nice long ride down the mountain for a good 15 minutes or so. Upon arrival you are at the waterpark. Only interesting if with children, otherwise its what we did, taking the cable car back up after 10 minutes. The cable cars are well kept and maintenance seems very high level. Fun ride, but not much interesting around this one thing to do.

No real idea, but I guess it would be allowed
Dears
Is it necessary to go to Ramada hotel and then approached to to water park via Cable car. Or is there any other option also to go directly to water park and from there use cable car to go to the top?
As the route to the Hotel is quite dangerous and zig zag.
Will you please explain it a little bit more? Do we have to book a room at Ramada Hotel for Cable Car?
And what is the price for cable car and water park?

No, you don't to book a room in Ramada hotel to enjoy the cable care ride.
I think cable car price is more than 50 riyals. And then for the water park, I am not sure about the price.
for water park alone how much for adults and for kids?

Do you mean the water park at Al Hada with the Cable Car?
The reception desk at Al Hada Ramada Hotel will be able to advise on the opening times and costs for the cable car and water park.
