A great place to get familiar with various stuff people had been using in 20th century. Most amazing is that you can touch and play with most of the presented items

It's not so big but quite nice. The price is a bit higher than what I would value the experience. Worth a look though.

You do not have to love technology to enjoy this unusual museum. In a two-room exhibition, the museum displays a variety of objects from a private collection, most of which were lovingly restored by hand. You will find a lot of well-preserved Soviet relicts as well as a stunning penny farthing bicycle from Germany. The friendly museum guide was ready to answer all my questions on the topic. Recommended!

Advice: enter the museum through the mirror door on the right hand of the building and walk upstairs until you get to the heavy iron door.

Interesting museum with a wide variety of exhibits. You're allowed to touch stuff which makes it even more of an experience. The old gramophones and other musical equipment still works and makes a fascinating listening experience.

The staff was very friendly. They recently changed the pricing system so foreigners do not pay extra.

Never in my life have I been treated like I was today at this museum. Was charged 300 rubles then when I spoke in English was told your a foreigner it's 600 rubles to you. I refused to pay was given my 300 back and had a heated exchanges. I advise anyone who visits Nizhny novgorad Russia to avoid this place it This museum is an embarrassment to the lovely people of Nzhny Novgorod

Thank you for Your feedback, even though it is negative. It is very important to know your opinion about the work of the Museum. At the time of writing Your review, the Museum had such rules, and the staff did the right thing by asking in accordance with a different fee with a non-resident of the Russian Federation for entrance to the Museum. Nevertheless, we decided to remove inequality in the payment to residents and non-residents. From July 2016, such inequality does not exist. Entrance ticket with audio guide for residents and non-residents costs 300 rubles. When you visit the Museum you can ask for audio guide in English or German. Welcome to our Museum!
