We liked it very much! There are not only faberge eggs, there are many pieces of art! It is not very big and there are not so many visitors so don't worry going early in the morning!

The palace in which the exhibition is kept is worth the entry on its own but of course it's the beautiful art that is the highlight. There are some beautiful paintings which are lit in a way I have never seen. The eggs are, of...More

Faberge Museum is place to go to enjoy world famous Faberge jewelry art. Beautiful building is situated in the city center few steps from Nevski prospect. Some painting is also exhibited as well.

Beautifully presented so you could really appreciate the artistry and craftsmanship. We went later in the day and so it wasn’t too busy so could really linger. A real treasure trove.

I love spending time here marvelling at all the treasures Faberge House created. The Easter Egg collection was one of the major highlights of my visit in St Petersburg

I really love the eggs and history behind them. Would definitely recommend take a boat trip on the river after the visit under so many bridges.

Only had a couple of days in St. Petersburg and was unsure if we would go there- glad we did. This is an newer museum but is great for two reasons: 1) the palace it’s in has been meticulously restored and 2) while the collection...More

We did not book in advance and like the other respondent, there was no queue. The museum is open 10.00 to 18.00, so maybe worth getting there early.
