This "Stalinland" building (there are more of them in Moscow) is an example of Soviet art-nouveau, exactly as Empire State Building in NYC. Today it locates the splendid hotel Radisson Ukraina. We strolled inside admiring the shining halls and then took the elevator to floor...More

This is a place where you can feel true history feeling. Hotel Ukraine is also known as being part of the famous seven sisters, a series of skyscrapers all built in Stalinist style. Book a room with river view and you will not regret it!

We bought the Moscow pass and this recommended a visit to the observation platform. On entering we were directed to the lift. On exiting the lift we were told it was closed. Nice toilets!
