Not far from the city centre. It takes 15-20 to go there by foot and about 5 by car. Cluj is a definitely worth seeing from above city

It was a nice walk but we caught the Lights festival so you could barely walk in the crowds. Check any events to go to the hill when there aren't that many people.

If you have some free time in Cluj-Napoca and want to take a short walk so you can see at the same time a part of the city, seen from above, this is a suitable place. There is a nearby restaurant with terrace and confectionery.

This is one of the best palces from where you can see Cluj from above! Try to go there before sunset, in this way you will see different lights and a mesmerizing city! It is located close to Central Park!

Cetatuia Hill is dilapidated and sad. I would recommend sticking to Central Park and avoiding this place altogether.

This place is offering nice views upon the city. There is also an old hotel named Belvedere in the area, which i don't recommend it.

Green grass, trees, nature and a view. What else to can you ask for? This place makes you forget about the city rush!
