We walked through this street and neighborhood on the 1st of January. Very poverty stricken, dirty and smelly, Might have been something to visit earlier, but is now pretty rundown. PS watch your pockets

Crowded street with lots of people. Don't recommend walking there if you don't want your staff to be stolen. also lots of garbage beside the road with terrible smell.

If you are looking for a place to buy more for less for pasalubong, there are a number of stores along this stretch but do not wear jewelries / accessories and secure your wallet / bag so you do not fall victim to a snatcher.

the best way is by cab. From robinson is straight down the road about 2 Km. colon road is quite long. many shops on both side of the road. Beware of pick pocketers. many shopping centres are found along the road.
