Great place

High security and many many retail and food shops and cafes. The ladies dress shop near Starbucks exchanges AUD$ at a reasonable rate as the big bank opposite only exchanges USD$

Lots of selection in stores, but what's really disturbing is that there is no toilet paper or running water in 2 of the washroom facilities I tried to use. What is worse, is that I watched numerous mall employees use the facilities and not wash their hands - gross. This mall has international stores and all the sinks are broken... More

Just another big mall that make your feet hurt from walking around. Very westernised. Nothing different from other malls around but lucks character. I believe the Ayala is much better

It's a good mall. There are different options of shops to go to. You can easily find your way to the shops you want to go to. The service is nice to you. If you want more, go to SM Seaside City. If you want to go to an area with the right amount of people, go here.

For those unfamiliar with SM, they have malls throughout the Philippines and they generally do it well. Here at SM Cebu City is no exception. Although, is one is BIGGER, sort of like a mini Mall Of Asia. It has 4 main levels with some half levels thrown in downstairs. Well laid out and many selections of everything. Food, hardware,... As with all SM super malls SM City Cebu has all the bells and whistles. Plenty to look at and plenty to eat, but the isles are too narrow, crammed with kiosks, and the whole place looks overworked. Maybe it's the lighting, or lack thereof. Spend the extra 200 on a taxi and hit SM Seaside.

Great shopping centre, there's a lot of shops you can choose from. Friendly and helpful security guards and shopping mall staff. Lots of fast food and restaurant to choose from. Very accessible by private and public transportation. One thing they need to consider is to add more toilets as there is always a long queue each time you had to... More

All round good mall but you should carry your own toilet paper and sanitiser as none of the toilets had cleansing or hand drying facilities. Excellent Chinese restaurant near the bowling centre , The Majestic
