The Willard Chapel is in a gorgeous building and is filled with lovely wood work and beautifully crafted stained glass. The building is also home to a well stocked thrift shop, staffed by volunteers. The proceeds go to support the Willard Chapel.

Willard Chapel is Tiffany in it's entirety: pews, mosaic floor, chandeliers, windows, and a magnificent stained glass window of Jesus grasping Peter who leapt out of the boat in faith. It is the lone standing building of what used to be a seminary. A must see when in Auburn, NY or its environs.

Apparently, this is the only chapel (extant?) designed by William Comfort Tiffany. Its appeal, however, comes from what it is and how it looks, not from any sense of exclusivity. Absolutely gorgeous stained glass in the windows, but also in light fixtures, etc. Not to be missed. You could go on a rainy day, but it's better with sun behind... More

To my knowledge this is the only chapel designed, and built by the Tiffany Company. This was located at a former seminary. There used to be two structures located at it as well, that were demolished.

The Willard Chapel in little old Auburn, NY is one of the few remaining churches in the country designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. It is a hidden gem that few know about or appreciate, even those living here. It is well worth a stop to see the beautiful design and stained glass for which Tiffany is known.

Do not miss the opportunity to see museum quality art by Louis Comfort Tiffany. We visited a cloudy rainy day and the windows and chandeliers were still amazing. The floor, walls and furniture are a rare opportunity to see a total Tiffany design. The tours are very informative and places with this type of history are so seldom in their... More

The guides were Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the town, the chapel and its history. Early afternoon is a great time to see the highlights of the stained glass. As clouds rolled away it was great to see the windows light up.
