As part of the Islamic tombs tour, we did visit Prophet's Ayub (a.s.) tomb which is on a hill after going through the windy, hilly road to get there. While it was simple, there was a picture of the family tree of all Prophets in there which I took a picture of.

This tomb is very modest as was Job. The site is not spectacular but moving when you think of a figure part of Judaism Christianity and Islam

If Islamic history interests you. This is a must see. The tomb of Nabi Ayoub has a sense of peace and tranquillity surrounding it. One needs to remove their shoes before entering. Be modestly dressed and respectful of the place. I

Job's tomb did not impress me much, but I was surprised by the large number of people who visited this place far from civilization. I think that before visiting this place it would be worth getting acquainted with the life of Job [if someone does not know who Job was].

Unless specifically important to you on religious grounds this is a complete waste of space. It’s basically a pair of grave stones in a tatty concrete building with some very downmarket decor. The only redeeming feature is that it’s free to get in. There are nice views on the drive up and from the hill of the tomb but you need a clear day for these (we had a lot of haze sadly). There are so many better ways to spend you time around Salalah - Salalah beach, Wadi Darbat, Khor Rori, Mughsayl, Sarfait Road or even a trip to Rub al Khali.
