I visited this spot after Batu Caves by Grab (RM12 there and RM9 back to Batu Caves train station) because public transport is very tricky in that area and takes so long. Met there only locals and it wasn’t packed at all. Springs are really very hot so be careful when you will enter the pool. Also be aware that you cannot dip your legs in all pools (there are signs) and do not do mistake like me. I can only recommend it when you will be already in Batu Caves.

Interesting place to visit.
Locals use it daily, they are very welcoming.
The pools are hot to very hot! We could only manage to bathe in one of them as the others that locals were in were way to hot for us.
Toilet and showers were very clean.
It appeared you had to pay to park, if you wanted a bucket to put your clothes etc in it was 1myr.
On the day and time we visited there was one stall open selling a selection of drinks. Food looked good and very local prices.
The treatment areas were closed

It you are looking for something that locals are doing, this is a good place. We didn’t have a clue on what to do but people were very friendly and helps us and I think that because not to many tourists go here they were very curious about us as well .
The water is very hot and I was only able to go in in one.

This place isn't designed as a tourist draw, its somewhere the locals go and relax. Well, that is if you can relax in water up to 40 degrees! Experience all of the different temperatures available, but don't immerse yourself in the hotter pools, they are just far too hot. Also try jumping up and down on the pebble shelf pool. That gives your feet a proper pummelling!

It’s a construction zone. Pools look very very dirty. We stayed for 5 minutes and left. Don’t come here.

This was second part of a tour when we got there it felt a bit strange not really a tourist attraction mainly locals using it. The guide stayed with us but didn’t get a great feeling whilst there was pleased to move on

One of the best and must visit place for natural remedy to relive your stress and any skin or health issue. Warning water is naturally very hot. Mostly visited by locals, 4 ponds of water with different temperatures buckets are provided at a nominal fee ensure you carry shorts and towels toilets are redone and clean.

Soak and relax.

This particular hot spring strictly a local hangout for really HOT foot/body dipping for wellness spot.
It is quite close to Batu Caves on other side of Jalan Ipoh heading towards Rawang town/North coast direction. Foreigners will have to rely on the locals to get there as it's a natural hot spring spot that is not over populated from any tourists at all.
It's absolutely a wonderful place to have a relax if not Hot soaking of foot and body after a good outing at the Batu Caves nearby.
