A lovely old building. The staff are very friendly and the food delicious. We had dinner here and lunch before we left Kuching. They also have a great selection of yummy cakes.

Nothing to visit, but worth looking round the attractive courtyard and reading the inscription on the Brooke statue. They appear to be much revered by the Sarawakians - an unusual positive legacy of colonialism

A large colonial house now repurposed....hard wood floors, high ceilings. Good coffee and desserts. The restaurant has a collection of games so one can sit in a leisurely fashion.

Friends we met for the first time and us shared a delightful afternoon, enjoying delicious cakes, fruit drinks were very tasty, coffee was more than acceptable. Staff were competent, Location was in a set of old buildings and we had the veranda table. Very pleasant,

The old courthouse has a colonial charm about it, and would have been a very pleasant place to visit if it was better maintained. It is currently occupied by various restaurants and looks slightly worse for wear.
