Su is the best Iyengar yoga teacher I have ever come across. Love the fact that her classes are small enough for personal attention. I've never felt so fit and healthy since making her form of yoga a regular twice-a-week practice :-)
This was my first time trying iyengar yoga, Su, the owner, was my teacher, a really lovely Indian lady. She made me feel quite comfortable and helped me with some poses I was not familiar with. Definitely a good thing to do if you just...More
I've been going to Su's yoga classes for the last two years. She's extremely supportive and attentive, adjusting each student's position individually. Group sizes are small and everyone's very friendly. I really love the classes!
Sunalini is an experienced and qualified yoga instructor. Iyengar is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment. The technique focuses on breathing and stretching. The classes are small and cosy. I would highly recommend it.

The classes have a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and Su explains every position very well and helps each participant to optimize their posture. In the one hour not many...More
Do yourself a favour and visit Sunalini when you are in George Town. Su is a fantastic teacher, and her classes are a challenging but fun mix of Iyengar yoga. The room is air-conditioned, so while it may be 35C outside, you'll work up a...More

Hope that helps.
