We visited Little India and Chinatown in Georgetown when here in 2000 so wandered around extensively to see what had changed. There's plenty of interesting architecture in this area and the Sri Mahamariamman Temple, 200 years old, is well worth checking out.

Had breakfast of Roti Canai a few times from one of the street stalls here and it was delicious. Also tried The Tarik from another vendor and found it to be quite tasty. Lots of food choices along with Indian shops of all types.
