I walked past St George's a few times before I actually went in. To be honest, I wouldn't have gone in was it not for my Grab driver, Sebastian, who told me to go there to meet his Mama and Papa. Needles to say that...More

Loads of History in this Greco Roman Architectural Church. One of Malaysia's 50 National Treasures. Entering this building does require respect.

The church is quite beautiful although very simple (compare to Catholic churches). You can spend around 15 mins inside and outside the church. There is an old tree in front of the church which make a good spot for picture taking.

Don’t need to go there purposely unless you’re an architecture or history buff. It’s along the same street / row as the Kapitän Keling mosque & Tokong Guan Yin temple, so we just walked towards it as we were already in the area. Close to...More

St George’s Church was the first Anglican Church constructed in South East Asia. Work began in 1817 and was completed in time for the celebration of Christmas Day, 1818. Well worth a visit.
