there were to much animals in the cages, they had no space to hide. the fish had not enough oxygen in the water, the sugar sliders had just one small branch. it was sad to look at these animals.

We went as part of a tour arranged by our hotel (I had not seen TA reviews in advance). As described by others, the neglect and mistreatment of the animals was very upsetting. Animals are isolated, kept in concrete spaces with no greenery or play...More

The poor butterflies drowned under the jet of the water (in that moment an employee was watering the plants where butterflies stayed). I found 4 died butterflies. A shame. Then you can see died insects in the terrariums and some poor rabbits that are so...More

The butterflies were nice but all the mamals are kept in way too small enclosures. Especially, the bunnies are kept on concrete flores with no grass, nothing to burry, way to few hiding spors and in incredibly small enclosures. Do not support this by going...More

Stopped off here unplanned and was nice to see lots of different butterflies. Also the insects were interesting, however the mammals such as the racoon and rabbits were in horrible, concreted, small pens! Not worth going really.

This place was included on a tour around the Cameron Highlands we did and wasn't even on our radar before but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The butterflies were flying around freely amongst some lovely plants and there were so cages with other animals. I don't...More

If you go to KL butterfly garden first then this becomes a little downgrading. The place is small, the varieties are nice. You get to walk amoung the butterflies and they got used to people. Needs improvement though.

Do not visit this place! It’s not just butterflies - there are all sorts of animals stuck in miserable enclosures. We even saw a dead and crushed baby guinea pig in one. Just awful. Don’t support this cruelty! We wish we had known before coming.

This is not what i was expecting..i thought it will be somewhere in jungles where Butterfly will be in their natural surroundings but it was closed. Butterfly can't fly out and there are few other animals kept for showcase. Better invest time wisely somewhere else.
