In middle of nature, but waste of time and energy, not worth the steps unless you are on a fitness trip. Slippery steps as well as stones/rocks, can be a hazard. Sign board says visitors are at their own, so don’t expect any help if you are hurt.

Go early, cooler!!! A small car park near the entrance for RM2. We took sticks in case of monkeys, none seen. The walk up is under the trees. There are rubbish bins along the way, I would like to think they had been used, but the rubbish was everywhere probably a result of the monkeys raiding them, The whole area could do with a good clean up.

Nice falls with shady pools to splash in. A hot walk up but worth it if you want to see nature on Langkawi.

Only go to this place if you are fit and walk up hill. The bottom part is reachable in about 15mins with steep steps. This is interesting, you end up at the bottom of the waterfalls. You can have a swim if you like. But remember that the ricks are slippery. If you want to go to the top then you come back to the trail and climb the steps for eternity - it’s a killer trail. Once you get to top you can dip in the water and slide down the rocks. But things are very deceptive; the ricks and pool bottoms are very slippery. One of the pools that looks like a round pool is so slippery, it’s hard to stand up or get out. Unless you are young and agile pls stay from this - you could end with a disasterous slip and broken limbs. There are toilets on the trail up and at the top but these are not maintained. The water is turned off and everything stinks - it’s a joke.
My suggestion - go to the bottom part but be careful. Avoid the top part like the plague. It’s a total waste of time and energy.

Nice waterfall, good fun to swim and slide down the rocks. When eating some crackers, monkeys stole the food straight from my hands and the bigger monkeys (males?) got really aggresive against our little kids. They attacked/jumped into them and really scared our little ones. Be aware!

Great exercise up the steps before you enjoy the view of the 7 wells waterfall... Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

Dipping in the water is also allowed. Great place for taking pictures. Able to view the cable car station from here.

Stunning waterfall and pools, the only issue is that the facilities were horrendous, the toilets look like they are used as bins!

If you have it in you go to the second (top) pools as they are quieter and cleaner, it is a fairly steep walk up but you are rewarded with some nice cool water to play around in. The first area has a stunning waterfall.

The monkeys are good fun whilst you walk up and down.

The views are definitely worth it, as you will climb a flight of stairs, approx 350m upwards before you reach the falls visitors with health conditions need to be prepared). You can see the Langkawi cable cars from the top, so that's a nice trip to go on after riding the cable cars.

Water is cool and refreshing, but beware! Rocks are very slippery with moss and pools are deep. I didn't went for a swim, but opted to saok my feet instead - very refreshing after the long climb to reach the falls.

Now, the rubbish. There are a lot of signs in Malay, asking visitors to PLEASE take down their trash, but could be because most visitors can't read, the rubbish were thrown in the toilets instead! Really bad behaviour from visitors! But that said, maybe the management can put signs in different languages as well, so visitors can be reminded to take down their rubbish after visiting the falls.

If you do need the toilets, go to the ones near the entrance before climbing the falls. Those are much, much cleaner.

A short hike through the winding steps and jungle path, don't worry, it was a paved pathways all the way to the bottom of the waterfall. The water was chilled and the view was great for relaxation and some great photography.
