Before entering or after exit from Singapore, the first shopping mall which fully equip with food, beverage, entertainment, brand items etc. You can spend whole day in this mall.

For this question, I'm not in position to answer as I don't have kids yet. But I do know many will head to either Aeon or Giant to stock up. I frequent seen SG cars went to Aeon Bukit Indah and Jusco for their daily use

No, I don’t think so. It is a rather busy mall as the train station is there as well. I would be mindful moving about the place.
