Good point is indoor arena, imagine playing there with toddler if outdoor. Staff at playing area thomas land are not freindly to child. With spooky face, no smile or try to make child comfort to play. In one arena so rude to my toddler like how to use seatbelt.(can you imagine 3 year old got instruction from adult without smile... I personally do not Hello Kitty. But since I went there with family, especially my daughter love this character, so we went there. This park is an indoor park, so you don't have to worry sweating :) The enterence is right next to Red Bow Cafe. Once enter you will find ticketing desks, then security check point, which all of... Lovely and super cute place ...perfect for people with young kids. We went there with our 2 daughters age 7.5 & 5 yrs, they both loved it. From seeing Barney ,to Bob the builder, to kitty , melody, dance class with Angelina it was something my girls enjoyed. One can spend a lovely leisurely afternoon here with 3 levels Indoor... More

My daughter enjoy her version of theme parks here. Baking, sewing, singing, taking photos with Hello Kitty and went to Kello Kitty house full of cuteness overload.

Good for kids and family outing. Take a lot of photos with Hello Kitty. Hello Kitty performance. Spend a whole day inside. Play the small game inside. Relax and back to the childhood time.

We've heard others saying that there are not many things to do at Hello Kitty+Thomas Town but it was perfect for our family with 2 kids age 3 and 5 as young kids are easily distracted and it takes time to move from one attraction to the another. We went on Sunday during the Labour Day long holiday weekend...still ok... More

Maybe for somemore whom had went to Tokyo Sanrio Land before, this version in Malaysia is definitely disappointing. Managed to visit the whole HK town in less than 2 hours. Surrounding the HK town has no shopping mall too. Food option is limited.

We went on for a look see and it's very good. The even have a connecting cafe which every time we walk past it's full. There is more upstairs for kids. It's very well done and if you like Hello Kitty every thing is in this store.

Got an unpleasant 'surprise' during entry when staff said my 3 year old needs a ticket. We had checked several sites before the visit, and even on their entry counter they wrote the following: • Children 3 years and below can enter for free I went back to my hotel for a ticket as they sell discounted for guests. The... More
