    The Eagle
We used the cable car up to the hill. It costs 5000 tenge 2 ways for the adult and half price for up to 12 years old. Amazing visit, wonderful view from the top while in funicular and on the top. Many things to do like visit the upside down house, car coaster, theme park games, dine in or picture in traditional Kazakh dress holding 8 kg weight eagle. Great experience.

A fun way to get a different view of the city
I decided to visit Kok Tobe Hill one evening. I wanted to see the illuminated views of Almaty. The cable car station is well signed and situated a short walking distance from the imposing Kazakhstan Hotel. A single adult trip in the cable car costs 3000 Tenge and a return trip costs 5000 Tenge. It is possible to walk up or down the mountain. It was very quiet on the being I visited. The cable car ride takes around 6 minutes. Once at the top there is a fun park vibe. There are different rides and plenty of great photo opportunities. There is a fantastic view of the city. There are also a number of restaurants and places to get ice creams / drinks etc. It’s not a cheap trip, particularly if you’re a family but I can see why children would really enjoy it.

A Must Visit in Almaty City
If offers an overview of the Almaty city with two restaurants and some souvenir shops. It has some entertainment amenities too such as Ferris wheel. The cable car ride is a good experience. Overall I have spent 1.5 hour here at night time.

Nice view on the city and souvenirs available
Great for a family with fairly young children. The activities are highly geared toward kids. For a couple, it's a bit less appealing. The view of the city is excellent, but of the mountains, it's much less so. This is an excellent place to buy souvenirs, as they are hardly available elsewhere.

    Reasonable but that’s it
Not much to see in Winter. Only fast coaster (expect a long queue), the small ferris wheel and a few game stalls are open. The cable car ride is kind of worth it though.

Visited this hill as there were no other places to visit. To get to the top, you will need to take either a bus or cable car . Once up, they do have decent views and a kitschy theme park more appropriate for family with small kids .

They do have some decent restaurants there as well . Remember to ask for the coupons to get down the hill after eating at the restaurants to escape paying the fees

This hill is best if you stay till sunset, else there is nothing much for an adult to do. There are some children's entertainment for kids to play around. Cable car rides are there. Cafes are there to relax to eat and drink beverages. We went during the afternoon and at that time there was a haze and the view of the city too was not too great.

I was disappointed by the experience. It didn't live up to expectations and seemed rather lackluster. Families with children might find it more enjoyable, but for others, it doesn't offer much value. Unfortunately, half of the rides, including the fast coaster, were closed. Despite ascending via cable car and returning by bus, the overall experience was disappointing. The charges for a short downhill ride were excessively high. Moreover, being dropped off at a parking lot from where we had to take a taxi to reach the market seemed nonsensical. It would have made more sense for the bus to drop us off somewhere in the market area atleast.
