While this is never going to be a highlight of anyone's trip to Japan, this is still a fun place to visit if nearby. The opportunity to see traditional Japanese craftsmen work is interesting and I enjoyed making my own noodles before eating them.

This is a good effort by local govt and artisans to demonstrate the handicrafts of the region. Very well done. Bought several souvenirs here and have enjoyed them all. Nice to meet the makers who r recognized as masters by the govt.
