We had tons of fun here! The kids burned plenty of energy and the view was breathtaking! Our pictures from this place look like they were professional! Will definitely visit again.

The beach is so clean and unpolluted partly cos this place is still in the infant stage and guess the Japan govt is going to start promoting it. Go before it is populated by tourist .......

Excellent beach. There's a excellent trail where one can enjoy both beautiful coastline and interesting pine trees. Worth a visit.

I've been here at the end of August. It already turned cold but the beach still kept green. The beach is very beautiful and unique. It's very easy to get here both by train and by bus, especially by bus.

Tanesashi beach is long and sandy and usually very quiet. There's not anything in the way of shops so take supplies with you! The waves can also be very strong so take care when swimming.
