How can this place be one of the attraction? It's not much here. Only 1 gallery, concert hall, couples of souvenir shops, a restaurant in level 12 and HIS tour.

Interesting to see from the inside. Not verry Japanese. Pricy shops and food. Not to special for western people though.

Better to see with your own eyes than to see in pictures. I yet have to see a similar one. The items at the souvenir shop on the ground floor were pricey to my budget.

I thought I could see flea market here but all i could find was an empty ground floor so I decided to buy sake and banana sweets.

close to the station, about 5 minutes walk, in the basement there's an Akita City Prefecture craft shop which sells local handcrafts such a cherry wood stuff and local sake. on the ground floor is a tourist information center with some guides in English available (for free). sometimes flea markets in the basement
