Some nice exhibitions, I didn't visit the special exhibition but busy and a good atmosphere. Giant doll was crazy! Would recommend for something to do and next to shopping area.

Outstanding art gallery. Starting with an architecturally impressive building, the exhibition rooms and art pieces were excellent. We had a great time strolling around and viewing the modern art collection... Some beautiful, some challenging, some weird... all inspiring. Thoroughly enjoyable! :)

This is listed as 'Takamatsu City Museum of Art' in my guidebook but it may now have dropped the 'City'. I was really impressed by this place. Apparently it only reopened last month (March 2016) after being refurbished and we saw their first temporary exhibition...More
