Good walking pilgrimage! Loved it and walked it! Would recommend go experienced long distances walkers only! English speaking a must and some Japanese spoken is an added value! Ganbatai!

This is the 84th temple in the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage, Yashima-ji, is located atop the mountain. I came here a few times because it has nice sunset scenery especially if the weather is clear.

This is a wonderful place for an afternoon visit. One of the most outstanding sunsets of my life. Very serence and beautiful. I also found th Buddhist Temple of great interest.
