About

Minakuchi Shuzo was founded in 1895. Since then, we have produced sake in Dogo. We are the only brewery not only in Dogo, but also in Matsuyama and Ehime that has gone hand-in-hand with Dogo Onsen Honkan. Our main products include “Seishu Nikitatsu” high-quality sake whose brand name is derived from “Port filled with benevolence and great joy” “Dogo Kurazake” branded local sake of Dogo “Dogo Beer”.

古くからある歴史ある酒造のよう。となりに直売所も併設。清酒、焼酎、ジンなどいろいろと。時間なく見学は出来なかったが雰囲気がいい。

にぎたつの道にあります

細い川が流れる雰囲気のいい道にあります。こちらの酒造はかなり大きく、松山独特のお酒があります。口当たりのいい道後ビールや、秋山という名前のお酒など松山に来たなと実感できるお店です。外観は老舗の風格があります。
