Actually just a mall, i would rather choose to go to outlet. The only special thing is the ramen stadium which you can enjoy ramen from different popular ramen shop in japan.

All kinds of stores and restaurants including of course McDonald's and Starbucks. Very nice movie theater and Taito Station with great pork ramen. They put a good show on with the fountain quite often.

This is the home of Ramen Stadium, but it is quite large and has a great many shops. They have an outdoor dancing water display (think Las Vegas) that is quite nice at night.
