連休の初日に訪れました。神社の南側の駐車場に停めて、小さな楼門をくぐると広い境内があります。拝殿はそれほど大きくないです。秋の祭りでの、屋台を高く持ち上げる台場差しが有名なそうです。

家内が幼い頃に遊んでいたのが飾磨の恵美酒之宮神社という事もあって、今でも恵美酒之宮神社にはたまに顔を出しますが、近くにある浜の宮天満宮には秋の例大祭の時以外は足を運ぶ事はありませんでした。今回、たまたま浜の宮の近くのお寿司屋さんへ行く機会があって参拝してきました。まず驚いたのは恵美酒よりも広大な敷地と境内。本来の入り口は浜に面した方で、亀山の方から行くと、どうしても手前のお寺のすぐ先にある鳥居を潜って入ってしまいますが、少し先まで歩いて正門？から入りましたが、その門構えの立派さにも驚きました。秋の台場差しだけのお宮さんかと思っていましたが、今回、認識を新たにしました。とてもとても素敵な天満宮です。

そばの駐車場は月極でしたので、駐車場は無いようでしたが、バス停がすぐ前にありました。思ったより広い境内ですが訪れた時は掃き清められていて心地よかったです。

秋季例大祭は大賑わいになるようで、その看板が掲げられていました。参拝した4月の週末は、参拝者もおらず静かな様相を呈していました。国道沿いにある大きな神社なので、直ぐに分かる場所にあります。秋季例大祭に行われる姫路市重要無形民俗文化財台場差しを見てみたいものです。
