While vacationing in Japan, we traveled to Saitama to dine with friends also from the United States (we found it funny we all had to go to the other side of the planet to meet up for lunch). The food court had a great selection of choices (from a foreigner's point of view) of tasty dishes. After lunch, we walked around the mall to look at the various stores and found the entire facility clean, modern, and inviting. If we lived in Japan, we would choose to routinely visit this facility.

Walk for 3-5minutes from Saitama Shintoshin St. There’re H&M, GU, restaurants, theater, and the other stores.

A lovely cluster of shopping malls, Cocoon City is a great place to walk around and explore when the weather isn't cooperating. Loads of restaurants guarantee a good selection for lunch and dinner, and the shops are well maintained and lit. Each "cocoon" seems to have its own niche they tailor to, be it clothes, electronicis, etc...

It is located at JR Saitama-Shintoshin station, then very convenience.
GU, H&M, Ito Yokado supermarket are very good and affordable.
Toilet is supported to family and baby.
