住宅街にある普通の公園

一戸建て中心の住宅街にある普通の公園。ただ、面積はそこそこ広く、アップダウン、林、斜面から成り、ドドーンと平坦で広いわけではないが、1ヘクタールはありそうな印象。あざみ野駅とたまプラーザ駅の間で、最も標高が高いところの一つに作られた公園と思われ、見晴らしはよい。長めの滑り台の他は、普通の公園と大差ない遊具あり。普段、休日は家族づれで賑わうが、熱中症注意報の発令日の日中に通りかかったら、日陰でも相当に暑く、誰もいなかった。広場は芝生でなくダートだが、外縁部は草地で立ち入り可能。

長い滑り台がある公園

駅から歩いて15分くらいです。地域の子供たちの遊び場になっており、ボール遊びも可能です。高低差を利用した長い滑り台があるのが特徴ですが、それ以外は特別な特徴があるわけでもなく、遠くからくる必要はないかと思います。

私鉄沿線97分署の撮影にも

たまプラーザ駅南口側にある新石川公園。
小ぎれいで素敵な住宅街の中にあります。
少し古い話ですが、昔「私鉄沿線97分署」というドラマの撮影でも使われていました。

坂の上の公園

たまプラーザから坂を上った先にある公園です。
住宅地の中の緑が良いです。
高台なので、たまプラーザの光景が中々良いです。

高級住宅街の中

たまプラーザ南口から数分、小ぎれいな住宅が並ぶ中にある公園です。
住宅街の中の公園にしては、かなり大きいと思います。
土日になると、親子連れなどで賑わいます。

大きな滑り台

大きな滑り台がある公園です。結構、人が多いので土日は混んでおります。平日の夕方は比較的空いてますので、オススメです。

大きな滑り台がトレードマーク

地元の噂によると、某有名女優さんが巨大滑り台を寄贈されたとのこと。
公園の丘を利用した大きな滑り台は、いつも子供達にも大人気です。
園内には砂場・滑り台・原っぱ・ブランコなど一通り揃っていますが、問題はトイレがないことです。　あと、駐車場もありません。
